Affordable mobile catering in Northland

Flavours Catering caters for parties up to 100 people. With our fully equipped mobile kitchen-trailer we create innovative and delicious food at any location.

Flavours Catering is headed by Janine Goedbloed, a European trained chef with 30 years of experience. Since finishing her apprenticeship and training in the Netherlands she travelled the world, cooking and catering in many countries. She owned and ran two restaurants in New Zealand, but her focus is now entirely on het catering business.

Her passion is the Mediterranean kitchen with its vibrant and bold flavours. Simplicity is the key in her style of cooking. We use herbs that we grow in our own vegetable garden.

With our mobile kitchen we have the ability to work in an endless variety of locations and events, be it a wedding, a casual family gathering or an intimate dinner experience in your own home.
If you prefer to use your own home (and garden) we can work independently from our mobile kitchen or use yours.
